We are currently seeking an HR Generalist who is deeply committed to achieving outstanding results through hard work and adherence to strict deadlines. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a strong ability to use data-driven approaches to make informed HR decisions. This role is pivotal in supporting our organization's growth and success by managing HR functions with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify specific training needs within the organization. Analyze performance metrics, employee feedback, and other relevant data points to pinpoint areas for skill enhancement and professional growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive training and development programs that address the needs identified through data analysis and align with the company's strategic goals. Ensure these programs cater to various levels within the organization, from entry-level to senior management.
Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and feedback on training needs and program effectiveness. Communicate data-driven reports and insights to senior management to aid in strategic decision-making regarding workforce development.
Lead and manage multiple HR projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Apply project management principles and tools to effectively coordinate resources and stakeholders.
Design comprehensive performance review frameworks that align with organizational goals and competencies. Ensure these frameworks allow for both quantitative and qualitative assessment of employee performance, including goal achievement, skill development, and overall contribution to team and organizational success.
Collaborate with the HR team and senior management to research, draft, and revise comprehensive HR policies that support the organization's goals, culture, and legal obligations.

Requirements:

Demonstrated skill in benchmarking and using industry standards to evaluate the effectiveness of HR development programs against best practices.
Expertise in creating and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports that track the progress and effectiveness of development initiatives, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Expertise in performance management processes, with the ability to design and implement effective performance improvement plans and metrics to boost employee productivity and quality of work.
Knowledgeable about the latest learning technologies and methodologies, with the ability to integrate innovative learning solutions into training programs to enhance learning experiences.
Open to receiving and acting on feedback, with a continuous improvement mindset that seeks to refine and enhance training programs based on participant feedback and learning outcomes.
