Are you a highly skilled Back-End Engineer with leadership experience, eager to guide a high-performance team while still remaining hands-on with coding? We are looking for a Technical Lead to take charge of our Back-End and Front-End teams, driving technical excellence and innovation. In this role, you’ll balance 40% coding with 60% leadership, ensuring the team’s success while contributing to the codebase.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of Back-End and Front-End developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications, ensuring best coding practices and architectural decisions.
Guide technical discussions, review code, and enforce high-quality standards across the team.
Own the technical roadmap, making strategic decisions to improve performance, maintainability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve team processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong Back-End expertise as an ASP.NET Core Developer with at least 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
Proficiency in C# programming language, with expertise in building efficient and maintainable codebases.
In-depth knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API, including experience with dependency injection, middleware, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
Proven leadership experience (minimum 2 years) as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or similar role.
Experience designing scalable, efficient, and secure applications.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in Git, including branching strategies (Git Flow, trunk-based development) and version control best practices.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Familiarity with financial markets, particularly the stock market, is important.
While this role is primarily focused on Back-End development, familiarity with Front-End frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.) is a bonus, but not a requirement.
