Job Description:
At Rad Company, we use the chapter model instead of work teams in a traditional hierarchical model. This model helps us bring together experts in product teams, have a better experience, more freedom of choice, and get to the product faster. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be part of a product team and work together with developers and perform the tasks assigned.

Core Responsibilities:



- Take responsibility for the quality, reliability, and availability of systems and services
- Act as a systems and services owner (CI/CD, Deploy, Operate, Support, Monitor, Troubleshoot, Maintain, Automate, Document and etc.)
- Work continuously on a task until completion or referral to third parties
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with staff
- Ensuring timely communication and driving technical issues towards closure
- Develop support processes and procedures
- Create technical documentation






Key Skills:



- Experience in Linux systems administration
- Experience in networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS and etc.)
- Experience in CI/CD Tools (Gitlab or Jenkins)
- Proficient in at least one scripting language (Shell scripting, Python)
- Familiarity with one or more:
- configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack)
- virtualization technologies (KVM, QEMU)
- containerization technologies (Docker, rkt, LXC)
- orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Swarm, Rancher)
- alerting, logging, and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
- SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Time series DB)
- Message Brokers (Kafka ,Rabbit MQ)
- Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Willingness to take responsibility, accountability, and ownership
- Strong team player
