At Shavaz, we blend the art of beauty with cutting-edge technology to create a seamless and dynamic cosmetic marketplace. We're on the hunt for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our vibrant team. If you're passionate about leveraging technology to drive excellence in beauty retail, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Optimize application performance for scalability and efficiency.
  • Oversee backups and release management processes.
  • Handle deployment and configuration management effectively.
  • Manage environments to ensure stability and efficiency.
  • Implement robust security measures across platforms.
  • Manage logs and monitor system performance.
  • Engage in capacity planning to ensure system reliability.
  • Utilize Docker and orchestrate containers for optimal deployment.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and systems.
  • Coach and mentor junior and mid-level team members.
  • Contribute to solution design with a focus on innovation and practicality.
Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Linux administration and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud-native solutions.
  • Experience with automation tools and container technology (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools and REST API utilization.
  • Development skills in PHP/JS.
  • Solid academic background in a relevant field.
  • Experience in log management and analysis.
  • Proven ability to mentor team members.
  • Experience in designing effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications (optional):

  • Experience in developing exporters.
  • Advanced skills in analyzing metrics and logs.
