We are looking for a digital marketing specialist. You will be an integral member of project team and your main task is to build out and execute the digital marketing strategy. We want our services to be used by hundreds of thousands people and admired for its significant value add. You will need to own the life cycle communication towards all potential, existing, and heavy users by communicating what is needed to the right people at the right time.
Responsibilities:
Define product marketing metrics, objectives, and key results to prioritize and measure the success of all key initiatives.
Define the digital marketing techniques to reach the define objectives and results
Collaborate with multiple internal teams – product development, content team and SEO team to create impactful and scalable digital communication campaigns considering the needed time and resources
Execute the digital marketing plan in collaboration with contributing teams and measure all predefined KPIs to incrementally adjust and improve the initiatives and our marketing expertise
Own the digital marketing efforts for InfoDeniz and develop the communication and media strategies across our digital ecosystem. The scope is everything digital from collaborating on an industry first influencer marketing initiative to designing traditional scaled performance marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage external partner relationships across creative and media agencies and digital publishers to bring your strategic vision to life.
Stay on top of the most up to date industry trends, competitive digital landscape, user needs, and the latest digital marketing products to continuously “innovate” and polish our marketing strategies and protocols

Qualifications:
Mid level of fluency in English
Marketing Experience: 3+ Years of experience in a Marketing discipline with proven results in strategy development, campaign planning and execution for yearly +1B Toman campaigns
Performance Marketing Experience: Proven experience with full ownership of a digital UA and/or Re-engagement campaign
Entrepreneurial Team Player: marketing specialist that loves ambiguity and is a self-starter
Ownership/Independence: extremely strong ownership, project management, marketing cost/budget management and prioritization skills – own everything like it’s your own business
Impact and Results Driven: strong ability to assess performance both qualitatively and quantitatively to meet objectives and goals
Strategic & Analytical: strategic mindset to develop a vision, and the hands-on desire to execute and bring ideas to life, then ability to re-visit the big picture
Passion and interest in content and data
Experience with Start-ups and their working culture and needs is an advantage
