Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering software solutions that meet the strategic needs of our B2B Enterprise customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, managing them remotely to ensure that our products align with business goals and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, focusing on the needs and feedback of B2B Enterprise customers.
- Create and prioritize product backlogs, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and continuously refine our agile process for remote teams.
- Serve as the key liaison between remote development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and objectives.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch, managing timelines, resources, and budget remotely.
- Analyze performance metrics post-launch and iterate on the product as needed to enhance functionality and user satisfaction within enterprise markets.
- Ensure product compliance with legal, regulatory, and security requirements pertinent to the B2B Enterprise SaaS sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a software development environment, with a focus on B2B Enterprise SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with proven experience managing remote teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, capable of leading and motivating remote teams.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative remote environment and push forward multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Experience with delivery logistics software, particularly in an enterprise setting, is a plus.
