Job Purpose: As a Business Development specialist, your main role is to support company growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will assist senior managers and work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to help with business objectives. This role requires research, relationship building, and a proactive mindset to contribute to the organization's overall strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for potential target markets and clients. - Monitor industry trends and changes in customer needs. - Assist senior team members in drafting proposals and preparing presentations. - Help collect information for developing business strategies and plans. - Support pipeline development by identifying and qualifying leads - Identify and analyze prospective sales opportunities. - Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product. (B2B channel) - Share market insights and feedback with the team. - Maintain effective communication channels.
Qualifications and Skills: - Strong analytical and research skills. - Excellent communication skills in English (further languages would be a plus point) - Ability to build and maintain relationships. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot. - Organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize and multitask. - Self-motivated and proactive. -B2B (Rail industry) experience would be a plus point
