Job position
Set OKR for each quarter and report on monthly and quarterly hiring plans (considering okr metrics)
Create and publish job ads in different channels, social media or events (head hunting)
Collaborate with managers to set qualification criteria for desired employees
Conduct initial phone interview to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person for our multicultural business (marketing, product, development, sales and support, operation, finance, HR, back office)
Track hiring metrics like time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire and etc (based on okr health metrics)
Audit all documents on hiring strategies
Follow up with candidates throughout the whole hiring process (based on designed hiring strategies) including candidate selection, Onboarding and feedback session
Initiate talent pool by maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Requirements
- BSc , master degree in MBA or Human resource or other Related field . - Office , recruitment platforms. - 3 years Work Experience - Good Knowledge of HR module - Team work , commandment skills and Patient and persistent
