شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a intern scrum master .

The ideal candidate should be young (under 30 years old) and have some experience with agile software development and tools like Taiga, Trello, or Jira.

As a junior scrum master, you will work closely with our tech team, and product owner to facilitate the scrum process and help us deliver high-quality software products to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Helping the team to define and achieve their sprint goals and deliverables

- Ensuring that the team follows the agile principles and values

- Removing any impediments or blockers that might hinder the team's progress or performance

- Coaching and mentoring the team on agile best practices and continuous improvement

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A good knowledge of scrum and agile methodologies and frameworks

- A basic understanding of software development life cycle and processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A detail-oriented and hard working mindset

- A high level of patience and adaptability
