شرح موقعیت شغلی

You must have at least +3 years of relevant experience (that we can request reference for) managing the R&D Team in order to create mobile applications and website services. You must understand Scrum Techniques, Git and be able to lead the R&D team towards complete creation of the Application.

Responsibilities:

. having an ability to be a product owner or product manager.
• Having basic understanding of IT and Servers s a big plus.
• Create a compelling vision, mission, and roadmap for the product portfolio, one that energizes and builds momentum within product team.
• Working closely with product team to maintain product backlog to ensure the business, quality, and feature goals for each release.
• Interaction with the R&D Team: Android, Front-End ,CTO, Back-End, Devops
• Managing and reviewing: Android, Front-End, Back-End
• Scrum: Planning and monitoring sprints, daily reviews & weekly planning
• Uncover, understand, and escalate product challenges, narrative misalignment, and strategic considerations.
• Expert in monitoring customer's needs, commercial trends, market situation, and competitor's activities
• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with other departments and functions.
• Plan releases and upgrades
• Follow the progress of work and address production issues during sprints.

Requirements:

• Expert in Scrum and Kanban concepts and related tools
• Outstanding background as a Product Manager in the software production environment
• Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Good communication skills and an Open mind
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Full-time: 3 hours floating - one day remote in a week
• Location:Tehran Pasdaran
• Salary:+13 Million
