We are seeking a Product Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional digital experiences to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design lifecycle of our products, from initial concept to launch, ensuring they meet our high standards for innovation, usability, and accessibility. Your expertise will drive the creation of intuitive, user-centred solutions, directly contributing to our mission of revolutionizing the automotive industry. Responsibilities:

Lead design projects from conception through launch, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to ensure effective, innovative, user-centred solutions are brought to market.
Create, maintain, and expand the design system to ensure product consistency, focusing on usability and accessibility.
Modify and refine designs, including wireframes, GUI, user flows, journey maps, and low-fidelity mockups for responsive web applications based on changing customer preferences and insights from user research and data analysis.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to define product direction and strategy, focusing on developing simple solutions for complex workflows, thereby directly influencing the product's success and user satisfaction.
Observe user behaviour to identify opportunities for UX improvements and create prototypes for testing and validation.
Organize content and information architecture to improve alignment with user goals and enhance usability across responsive web applications, ensuring that the product's structure intuitively supports user needs and facilitates an effortless user journey.
Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to guide design decisions, ensuring products meet user needs and significantly enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in digital product design.
Strong proficiency in using design and prototyping software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud) and a component-first mindset in design to efficiently create and iterate on design solutions.
Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design decisions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
Solid understanding of front-end development practices and the technical constraints affecting design on web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration with engineering teams.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience working effectively across multidisciplinary teams to define, shape, and execute design strategies.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to create scalable design solutions that ensure product consistency and usability.
