Oppodax is excited to announce a job opening for the position of HR Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition, employee relations, and overall HR strategy. If you are passionate about developing a strong organizational culture and supporting our employees' growth and success, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company's goals and values.
Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, talent development, and offboarding.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offers.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment, enhance employee satisfaction, and foster a culture of collaboration.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
Facilitate professional development and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
Implement effective performance evaluation processes to drive accountability and reward exceptional performance.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and reports in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
Stay up to date with employment legislation and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make fair and consistent decisions.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
