At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Employer Branding team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as an Employer Branding Senior Specialist.

 

Responsibilities:

•  Craft and execute employer branding strategies to position our organization as the employer of choice.

•  Conduct comparative analysis with peer companies to foster innovative improvements.

•  Generate creative content that effectively communicates and promotes the company's core brand values.

•  Analyze and enhance user engagement across various channels to showcase our employer brand.

•  Monitor, interact with, and synthesize candidate feedback across all platforms for continuous improvement.

•  Design and deliver organizational gifts for diverse occasions, from concept to completion.

•  Coordinate and execute organizational events, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision.

•  Develop and implement campaigns aimed at enhancing patient experiences from start to finish.

•  Evaluate and refine internal communication channels to ensure clarity and effectiveness.

 

Requirements:

•  Proven experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.

·        Innovative and strategic mindset

•  Outstanding written communication abilities.

•  Proficient with social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.

•  Keen eye for detail.

•  Capacity to adhere to strict deadlines.
