We are seeking a talented and motivated Vendor Finance Specialist to join our finance team. The Vendor Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors and providing financial solutions to support their sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building partnerships with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Utilizing advanced Excel skills to streamline data management processes, generate insightful reports, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations
Recording and maintenance of documentation and records on day-to-day basis
Timely settlement of vendor’s purchase invoices
Performing day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
Proficient in treasury accounting duties and affairs
The ability to calculate taxes, commissions, discounts,…
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
Effective preparation of the requested reports from the managers on deadlines
Forecasting costs and matching them with the budget
Control customer balance and coordination with Collaborating with various departments to understand their data needs and providing solutions accordingly.
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
Competencies:
Master or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of related experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial principles and concepts.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis techniques.
Superior attention to detail while maintaining a view of the big picture
Proficiency in accounting software
Presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Spearhead initiatives for continuous process improvement within finance and accounting functions, optimizing operational efficiency.
