شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced Finance Supervisor to join our team. As a Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, implementing financial policies and procedures, and the following responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Analyze accounting records and financial reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including Tax, SSO, and other related laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate the monthly closing process and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Lead the Monthly closing processes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of accounting standards and related laws.
  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
 
Requirements:

  • +5 years of experience in similar role.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required.
  • Deep understanding of financial management obligations (including statutory obligations), requirements and dynamics.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modelling software (Rahkaran).
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and familiarity with relevant financial laws and regulations.
  • Deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
