Develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools using PowerBI or similar platforms to provide insights into HR outcomes against key performance indicators.
Own the relationship with key stakeholders, partnering with them and relevant solutions teams to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
Design and implement innovative data visualization that drives workflow solutions and enhances operational efficiency.
Provide support and training to HR on strategic reporting tools as a subject matter expert.
Provide relevant data and insights to business leaders and HR partners as required.
Participate in special projects and initiatives where people analytics support is required.
Contribute to the performance management process by analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and concepts, with a strong command of PowerBI.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
Good level of proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Prior experience with HR data management is preferred.
A Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Human Resources, or equivalent experience is preferred; an advanced degree in Analytics or Data Science is a plus.
