شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Summary:

We looking for an Accounting Supervisor at Nizek company, As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial aspects of our project portfolio while providing strategic insights through management accounting practices. You will be responsible for accurately calculating project costs, managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize project profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Creating financial statements and management reports.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and reporting)
  • Proven experience in project accounting, cost accounting, and management accounting, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and management accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in tax rules and tax audits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Calculate project costs, including labor, overheads, and other relevant expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and financial goals.
  • Monitor project expenses and variances, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and risks, and providing timely recommendations to mitigate financial challenges.
  • Prepare and analyze project financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow projections, and variance analysis, to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling to support decision-making processes related to project investments, resource allocation, and pricing strategies.
  • Implement and maintain management accounting practices, such as activity-based costing, cost-volume-profit analysis, and performance measurement, to provide valuable insights into project profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, finance, and operations, to streamline processes, improve cost control measures, and enhance overall financial performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project accounting and management accounting, sharing insights and recommendations with the team as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies and procedures, maintaining accurate and transparent financial records for audit purposes.
