شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced Full-time Scrum Master responsible for facilitating the adoption and implementation of Scrum principles and practices.
The Scrum Master plays a crucial role in removing obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress toward its goals.

The job is a hybrid position in the Tehran office.

key Responsibilities:

Facilitate scrum ceremonies: Conduct daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Coach and mentor the team: Guide the team on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Remove impediments: Identify and address obstacles hindering progress by collaborating with stakeholders or other teams.
Foster collaboration: Encourage cross-functional collaboration between team members, product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment toward common goals.
Track progress: Monitor project metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, or cumulative flow diagrams to provide visibility into the project's progress.
Continuous improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and encouraging experimentation with new techniques or tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

In-depth understanding of Agile principles and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach and inspire a team.
Proficiency in identifying and creatively solving obstacles faced by the team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle obstacles effectively.
Proficiency in using Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence.

Nice to have:

Possession of a Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster®)(beneficial but not required).
Familiarity with software development processes, tools, and technologies can help in understanding the team's challenges better.
