Responsibilities: • Prepare Persian and English letters for employees in order to declare to organizations such as banks, embassies, etc. • Prepare full-time & part-time contracts in order to supply the workforce requirements of the corporation. • Prepare reports of Welfare, Complementary Insurance, etc. and informing the related employees in order to facilitate the employment relations. • Execute the insurance affairs including preparing to-be-added-or-removed list, generating new payment orders of complementary insurance, liability insurance, medical insurance, life insurance, accident insurance, etc. in order to be utilized by the employees. • Execute the hiring procedure (including sending the personal information and salary details of the newjoiners to the subcontractors, registering the faces & fingerprints, activating the new profiles) and termination procedure (including filling the termination forms, deactivating the profiles, informing the subcontractors) in order to facilitate the hiring and termination processes. • Prepare the document of payment and deposit orders related to the part-time contracts in order to be paid to the consultants. • Execute the welfare affairs including loans, legislated and occasional gifts (cash and non-cash) in order to ensure the employees’ affordability. • Submit the POs of the employees’ passed costs and PRs of the purchase orders in order to be listed in the financial document.
