شرح موقعیت شغلی

(Mission/ Core purpose of the Job: (Short description
To coordinate all activities to maintain and improve the retail Point of Presences, customer experience and Brand Visibility in company physical touch pints
To coordinate trade marketing projects to accomplish defined business objectives
To provide different analysis and interpretation from market and competitors by field and on ground visiting and provide market insight of trade activities for the management
 
Task Complexity
To coordinate execution of team assigned projects in all customer physical touch points to attain defined business objectives
To collaborate in planning for assigned projects to team
To proactively explore and identify market opportunities/risks and provide suggestions especially on processes to the management in order to achieve team objectives
To coordinate sales channel health check (including brand presence, brand awareness, product price, touch point branding, product availability and dealer knowledge, etc.), take necessary actions based on process
To support sales by coordinating and supervision team admin for supplying trade related material, running field surveys, inspection of sales points
To coordinates team related activities and collaborate with other teams for company participation on tradeshows or events
To control assigned petty cash/budget through implementation of related financial processes
To liaise with L&R, sales, finance, procurement, third parties and CR in assigned activities
To coordinate and supervise vendors as like as ad. Agency and post office to achieve defined targets and enhance their performance
To monitor competitor activities/campaigns, reporting to the manager and providing suggestion on proper reactios
To identify any requirement to new POSM (Point of Sales Material) in sales channel and follow up to provide and distribute required POSM in related points
To communicate new products and promotional offers with team and sales dealers via different channels
To liaise with Distribution, National Sales and Merchandising teams to get required support for assigned tasks
To have active follow up with S&D on common matters for providing proper services in point of sales/services
To plan for filed activities, gathering and consolidating result of conducted visits and provide analysis on them as a report for manager
To support manager in planning and design of marketing activities to improve customer experience as like as BTL campaigns implementation, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders on its implementation
To provide reports for management on team activities and performance, lesson learned of projects/events, and plan to utilize and improve team capabilities
