شرح موقعیت شغلی

responsibilities

Managing the scrum process in Agile methodology.
Organizing and facilitating the sprint planning meeting.
Arranging retrospective, review, and daily stand-up meetings.
Assisting product managers to make the product backlogs in a good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
Solving conflicts and removing obstacles.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards after each sprint.
Serve as the Scrum Master and Agile Facilitator for 4 cross-functional teams, utilizing both Kanban and Scrum methodologies to enhance team performance and deliver high-quality results.
Lead the implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) at the organizational level, fostering alignment and focus across all teams.
Design and establish processes that connect the OKR framework with the Project Management Office (PMO) under the banner of "Organizational Alignment," ensuring that strategic goals are achieved effectively.
Develop and maintain agile team report dashboards using EasyBI in Jira, enabling teams to visualize their progress and performance metrics.
Conducting behavioral analysis of the teams based on the principles from "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" and the concept of the ideal team player to improve team dynamics.
Initiate and oversee team-building processes across the 4 teams, promoting a cohesive and collaborative work environment including weekly team-building activities and celebrating team birthdays and important milestones to enhance team morale.
Manage and support team topology, ensuring alignment of team structures with organizational goals and effectively addressing requirements within the team topology of all 4 teams

Skills and Qualifications:

Good Knowledge of agile methodology and its frameworks.
Expert in coaching team to follow agile.
Strong communication Skills.
Familiar with software development processes and procedures to understand the team's needs.
Good knowledge of Agile techniques such as the definition of done, user stories, velocity, backlog tracking, backlog refinement.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Facilitator in a dynamic environment.
In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience with OKR implementation and integration with PMO processes.
Proficiency in Jira and EasyBI for reporting and analytics.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple teams and projects effectively.
