شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst who would be responsible for enabling decision-makers in Miare for data-driven decision making, and also to perform analytical tasks in areas where key decisions are being made.

The role requires advanced analytical skills, hands-on approach on analytical tools, business sense and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deep analysis of business problems
  • Translation of business problems into data problems
  • Defining metrics and indicators and analyzing success of tests and initiatives
  • Analysis and specification of self-serving data tools for different decision-making layers
  • Enabling and coaching decision-makers in different layers for use of self-serving data tools

Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Advanced problem solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Storytelling (with data) skills
  • Knowledge and skills of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses and related tools and methods
  • Team work skills
  • Practical experience with at least one common BI tool (preferably Apache Superset)
  • Familiarity with at least one querying language
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Familiarity with common methods of business analysis in tech industry
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Familiarity with R or data-related tools in python
  • Familiarity with data science
