Sales Specialist
:Responsibilities
Prepare sales action plan and strategies
Schedule sales activities
Plan, Control & achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets of Sales team
Prepare the regular reports, including activity and monthly reports to sales Manager
Computer skills: Microsoft office, (Word, Excel, Outlook) Analytical software associated with sales
Analyze the company's sales policies and recommend proper improvements and changes.
- Develop and maintain a customer database
Make sales calls and in-person visits and presentations to new and existing clients
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for sales supervisor
Participate in sales events
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product/market development
Reporting to: Sales Manager
:Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business/Management or related field
At least 3 years experiences in sales field
Ideal Age 25 - 35
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowing the market and distribution channels
Strong personality, willing to accept challenges
Keep relationship with customers
Ability to work under pressure
