شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are an innovative and rapidly growing international-class startup seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our B2B market, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance the user experience of our platform. If you are passionate about creating visually stunning and intuitive designs, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with PM and engineers to research and define the product direction and strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Develop prototypes, wireframes, and interface mock-ups to communicate and refine product design concepts.
  • Identify new product improvement opportunities.
  • Synthesize customer data into meaningful insights.
  • Maintain design consistency across different stages of the product life cycle.
  • Incorporate user feedback into layout and UX adjustments to optimize user experience.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:


  • 3+ years of proven experience in product design.
  • Familiarity with design systems or UI frameworks such as Material UI.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma or Adobe XD).
  • Proficiency in low-fi and high-fi prototyping for testing and presentation purposes.
  • Experience leading projects and process spanning insights, ideation and validation through to design implementation.
  • Strong skills in user research, user behavior analysis, and usability testing.
  • Utilizing a design thinking approach and fostering an empathetic mindset are crucial for enhancing user experience.
  • It is essential to have a distinct comprehension of the limitations and possibilities within the front-end domain.
  • Ability to defend your work, but also take creative feedback and execute updates in a professional manner.
  • Full-time and onsite position.
Bonus Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Technology, Cognitive Psychology, or related field.
  • Familiar with analytics dashboards (e.g., Clarity, Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • B2B product design experience.
