Position Overview:
As a Social Media Strategist (Activation), you will play a crucial role in optimizing our brand visibility and engagement on social media platforms, particularly Instagram. Your responsibilities include developing content strategies, fostering relationships with content administrators, and leveraging trends to maximize performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with content administrators to ensure cohesive content creation and distribution.
- Monitor Instagram KPIs and trends to optimize content performance.
- Implement strategies to boost visibility for different content lines.
- Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools to analyze and report on social media performance.
- Empower content administrators through effective leadership and guidance.
- Foster strong relationships with the commercial team to align social media efforts with business objectives.
- Proficiently manage data and analytics using Excel and Google Sheets for campaign optimization.
- Handle relationships with hosts and maintain accessibility for quick responses and support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media strategy development and execution.
- Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, KPIs, and trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to empower content administrators.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and other social media analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with data-driven insights.
- Experience in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
