Jabama is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join us. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our user experience, crafting intuitive and user-centric designs that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

Translate user research and business goals into functional, and user-friendly UI designs.
Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring the user's needs are at the forefront of every design decision.
Advocate for the user throughout the design process, effectively communicating their needs to stakeholders.
Possess a strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, identifying user pain points and developing creative solutions.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, business manager, UX researchers, data analysts) to bring design visions to life.
Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the design process.
Stay up-to-date on design trends and technologies, continuously improving design practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
Proven track record of shipping high-quality, user-centric designs.
In-depth understanding of UI design principles and best practices (e.g., user interface (UI) design, interaction design, information architecture).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve user pain points.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solid understanding of business fundamentals and how design can impact business goals.
A passion for creating user-centered experiences that are both usable and functional.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma).
Experience with design systems and UI libraries a plus.
