Job Summary
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) focused on our Operations and Commercial teams, you’ll be the strategic link between our business functions and our talented workforce. Your mission? Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate closely with Operations and Commercial leaders to understand their unique challenges, goals, and market dynamics.
Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies for these teams.
Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and operational excellence.
Team Restructuring:
Assess the current team structure and identify opportunities for improvement.
Propose and lead team restructuring efforts to align with business strategies.
Define clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines within the teams.
Performance Optimization:
Implement performance management processes tailored to Operations and Commercial roles.
Identify opportunities for skill development, cross-training, and upskilling.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Monitor team performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Headcount Planning, Data-Driven Insights and Future Needs:
Analyze workforce data to anticipate future staffing requirements.
Align headcount planning with long-term business strategies.
Develop headcount plans that balance workload, prevent burnout, and maintain lean teams maximizing performance without overburdening employees.
Collaborate with managers to address workload distribution and prevent excessive stress.
Anticipate skill gaps and succession planning needs.
Ensure teams are prepared for growth or changes in business direction.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in HR roles preferably in fast-paced, innovative startups.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with operational and commercial dynamics in the tech sector.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to align HR initiatives with specific team goals and overall business strategies.
Collaborative Mindset: Work effectively with cross-functional teams during restructuring.
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to address unique challenges in Operations and Commercial functions.
