In Jabama seeking a Hands-On Design Lead who is not only a skilled designer but also a motivational team leader. The ideal candidate will foster a problem-solving mindset within the design team, playing a pivotal role in identifying user challenges and crafting effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the design team, encouraging creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring team alignment with project goals and company vision.
  • Actively contribute to design projects, demonstrating problem-solving through design.
  • Create user-centric designs by understanding customer needs and behaviors.
  • Play a key role in identifying user problems through research and feedback.
  • Lead the team in developing and implementing effective design solutions.
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective product strategy.
  • Incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to refine design approaches.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals.
  • Champion best practices in design thinking, user experience, and visual communication.
Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Design Lead or Senior Designer in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing hands-on design work, with a focus on user-centered solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of user experience, user interface, and interaction design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborative skills.
