Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be an expert in crafting engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing their impact to drive engagement and growth. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating all our social media channels, monitoring online conversations, and engaging with our audience to build community and foster brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Plan and oversee the creation of engaging multimedia content across social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube), ensuring consistent voice and brand messaging.
- Schedule and publish content regularly while optimizing posting schedules for each platform to increase visibility and engagement.
Engagement and Community Building:
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media posts and campaigns, analyze the effectiveness of content, and make data-driven decisions to increase engagement and growth.
- Prepare regular reports on social media marketing efforts, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement.
Advertising and Promotion:
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to target specific audiences, increase brand visibility, and promote products or services.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
Trends and Best Practices:
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Expertise in multiple social media platforms, including content management, advertising, and analytics tools.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and online marketing strategies.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
