شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a tech lead you should be able to manage a fully remote team and maintain our current infrastructures and our web based softwares. You should also be able to devise plans for the technical side of our future road map. You should also help other junior developers to train them and use them in the best roles in the team.

Your role:

Maintaining current backend infrastructure
Helping the team with their technical issue and enhancing the organization of the team and improving the communication to utilize the best performance out of the team
Thinking creatively about attacks, possible failures, and disaster scenarios, modeling them in reproducible test environments, and developing quick fixes
Capable of handling a startup fast pace and staying on top of things

Requirements:

5+ years of professional software development
3+ years of Full-stack experience with PHP experience included
Experience leading team Strong communication skills and a team player
Result-oriented mindset
Problem-solving aptitude.
Experience using Agile/Scrum process to develop software systems
Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy
Professional-level of Object-Oriented Programming and best practices
Proficient working with PHP Frameworks (Laravel, Symfony)
Experience working with Javascript Frameworks (React or Angular or Vuejs)
Proficient in PHPUnit and Docker
Proficient in Mysql and Mongodb and Redis
Proficient in background task processing and laravel queue system
Experience in gitlab CI/CD or github actions
Experience in nginx (or Apache) web server and load balancing
Experience working with Linux OS
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Plus:

Experience in working with AWS or Azure or Google cloud platform
Experience in kubernetes or docker swarm
Experience working with microservices/containers
Experience in node js frameworks like nestjs, expressjs, koa, fastify
Experience in graphql
Experience in elasticsearch
Experience in message brokers (rabbitmq or Apache kafka)
