The Technical Customer Support specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. They will work closely with other departments to troubleshoot technical issues, provide product knowledge, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the cryptocurrency exchange platform, including but not limited to trading, deposits, and withdrawals
Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve technical issues and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product knowledge to customers
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
Continuously improve technical support processes and procedures to enhance customer experience
Stay up-to-date on industry and product changes and developments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in technical customer support or a related field
Experience in the finance or technology industry is preferred
Proficiency in relevant technical skills, including operating systems, network protocols, and cryptocurrency platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
