شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a SecOps engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening and maintaining the security posture of our infrastructure and platforms. Working closely with infrastructure, DevOps, and engineering teams, you will help build secure and reliable environments, improve security visibility, and contribute to incident response and risk management processes in a fast-paced and evolving ecosystem.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage Identity and access security, including role design, conditional access, MFA, and periodic access reviews
  • Design and implement secure infrastructure following industry best practices (CIS benchmarks, hardening guidelines)
  • Strengthen Linux and Windows operating systems and analyze behavioral patterns
  • Implement network segmentation, firewall rules, and DMZ architectures for self-hosted environments
  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents, contributing to the incident management process
  • Identify and know the behavioral patterns of malware
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define secure architecture and approved security baselines
  • Perform vulnerability management, including scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking, and risk management
  • Maintain security documentation and playbooks 
Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in SecOps, cloud security, or platform security roles.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, ARP/ DNS/ DHCP/ NTP/ HTTP
  • Experience with security scanning tools
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM and security monitoring tools, and SIEM integration
  • Familiar with Firewall management, such as  Cisco, Fortinet, or Mikrotik
  • Familiarity with secrets management solutions (Vault, GitLab secrets management)
  • Understanding of OWASP Top 10, CWE/SANS Top 25, and common attack vectors
  • Knowledge of network security, TLS/SSL, certificate management, and PKI infrastructure
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with network concepts and container management platforms
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security standards 
 Nice to have 

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for fintech/financial services
  • Contributions to open-source security projects
  • English language proficiency
