شرح موقعیت شغلی

bluBank is looking for a motivated and problem-solving DevOps Engineer who is passionate about CI/CD, Automation, and Software Delivery.
In this role, you will work closely with development teams to make the Build, Test, Release, and Deployment processes automated, fast, reliable, and scalable.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab
  • Automate Build, Test, Release, and Deployment processes
  • Develop automation scripts 
  • Integrate different tools across the Software Delivery lifecycle
  • Implement Code Quality, Unit Testing, and Security Scanning processes
  • Manage Docker Image builds and Artifact publishing
  • Design Release processes for different environments such as SIT, UAT, Staging, and Production
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Work closely with Development, QA, and Security teams

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience as a DevOps / CI/CD / Release Engineer
  • Strong understanding of Git, including Branching, Tagging, and Versioning
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Pipeline development
  • Good knowledge of GitLab
  • Experience with Docker
  • Scripting skills with Bash or Python or Go
  • Good understanding of CI/CD and Release Management
  • Experience with Artifact Repositories such as Nexus
  • Familiarity with Code Quality and Security tools such as SonarQube and Trivy
  • Strong Linux troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of networking concepts such as HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and Proxy
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized application deployment
  • Strong problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Jenkins Shared Libraries and Groovy
  • Experience with Artifact repositories
  • Experience working with Java, Node.js, Go, or Python projects
  • Familiarity with Maven, npm, yarn, or pnpm
  • Experience implementing Quality Gates and Security Gates in CI/CD
  • Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana
  • Familiarity with ELK / Elasticsearch
  • Hands-on Kubernetes experience
  • Familiarity with Rolling, Blue/Green, and Canary Deployment strategies
  • Experience working in High Availability and large-scale Production environments
