شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are hiring a talented Scrum Master professional to join our team.

What do we expect from you?
Do you have good knowledge of software development and agile methodology? Do you see yourself in a role in which you support the team collaboration so that the team keeps running smoothly and sustainably to create value for customers? Are you a solution-oriented person who enjoys to coach the team members on the principles of agile development? If yes, then you fit in well with the team.

We expect you to have one or more of these skills:

Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
Excellent communication skills
Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
Arranging retrospective, review, and daily stand-up meetings.
Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Support the product owner and provide education where needed
Solving conflicts and removing obstacles
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards after each sprint.
Professional communication skills towards customers and colleagues
Ability to coach and lead your team members to success in their work
A solid “yes WE can” attitude and strong team player mentality
A passion for new technologies and ideas
Ability to work with teams that are not co-located
Proven experience in risk management
Proven experience in strategic planning
Guide, coach and motivate the team, leading by example, with the goal of increasing productivity
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Manages a portfolio backlog of epics and features, and facilitates effective decision making
Provide feedback to management at all levels regarding agile practices and transformations within their teams.
