شرح موقعیت شغلی

 
Job Summary:

Responsible for the success of the product by maximizing the output of the development team within a scrum framework.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Team in Delivering Value - Value is created when Agile teams pull from the backlog, implement stories, integrate and test changes, and deliver a solution increment. These value-creation activities occur primarily during iteration execution. As an integral member of the team and their primary customer proxy, the PO provides daily insights that guide development toward the highest-value outputs and the team toward meeting iteration goals. 
  •  Responsible for the success of the product by maximizing the output of the development team within 
     a scrum framework. Responsible for ordering backlog, clearly expressing the product backlog items.
  •  Ability to conduct product discovery activities along with product designers to define the right product. 
  •  Excellent communication skills and experience in working with stakeholders, management, and team members. 
  •  Have end-to-end experience ownership, including taking final decisions on product functionality. 
  •  Ability to effectively translate complex business requirements to functional requirements 
  •  An intellectual curiosity for learning new skills and modeling a culture of continuous learning, mentoring and coaching
  •  Provide innovation and the end-to-end launch of integrated solutions/products across multiple Agile Teams
  •  Ability to search for opportunities, focus on business value and the Return On Investment and act proactively on possible risks and threats
  • Excellent presentation, product demonstration, and writing skills.
  • Proficient in translating business needs into user stories that teams can develop into finished deliverables. Clearly define vision and scope with acceptance criteria. 
  • Review, approve, and drive iteration content by prioritizing user stories and accept user stories as complete 
  • Having a background in real-time communication and collaboration systems is a big plus.
