شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong ownership over backlog management, prioritization, and communication with stakeholders
Exhibit a proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment
Prioritize, negotiate, and remove impediments to orchestrate successful feature launches
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to generate hypotheses, prototype, validate, and ship new products, with an emphasis on the technical knowledge of programming and web development
Oversee the feature life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, ensuring successful feature launches
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and identify opportunities to fill product gaps
Take strong ownership of the product's quarterly goals, monitoring progress and brainstorming ideas to achieve targets
Actively participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing support to the development team as needed
Maintain a dynamic product roadmap that emphasizes the product management and development process, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Software Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role
Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills, with a focus on multitasking
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and excel in teamwork
Strong capability in effectively communicating analysis results to business and development teams, with clear and concise explanations
Proficient in structural thinking and problem-solving
Solid understanding of software design principles, tools, and technologies, with a focus on programming and web development
Excellent analytical skills and keen intuition of user behavior
Passionate for data-driven product development and decision-making

Payment method:

Payment will be hourly or part-time.
