Driven by a growth mindset, Golrang seized the opportunity of e-commerce and embarked on a digital transformation journey. This resulted in the creation of Dartil, a platform specially designed to enable the online sale of goods beyond Golrang's core production and distribution channels.

If so, you might be the perfect candidate we are looking for!
We are seeking to hire a skilled experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our most important clients.
Our ideal candidate is able to identify seller needs and passionate about exceeding client expectations.
Account Manager duties and responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with reliable sellers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.  
  • Suggest solutions that answer client’s needs and wants.
  • Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Serve as contact point for sellers and internal teams.
  • Resolve sellers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
  • Gather, report and communicate sellers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
  • Research and source new potential clients
  • Measure, track and analyze account metrics
  • Create reports for upper management
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Account Manager qualifications and requirements:


  • MA in business administration, sales or similar relevant field will be an advantage.
  • Previous working experience as Account Manager for 2 years.
  • Experience in sales will be an advantage.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude in networking and building relationships. 
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.

دارتیل یک مارکت پلیس آنلاین است که توسط گروه صنعتی گلرنگ راه اندازی شده است. دارتیل تلاش میکند تا با خرید از فروشگاه‌های نزدیک به کاربر و تحویل سفارشات در چند ساعت، تجربه‌ی فوق‌العاده‌ای فراهم کند. در دارتیل می‌توان کالاهای متنوعی شامل کالاهای دیجیتال، لوازم آرایشی و بهداشتی، خانه و آشپزخانه، کالاهای سوپرمارکتی و حتی غذای حیوانات خانگی را تهیّه کرد.
دارتیل نتیجه تفکر رشدی است که برای بیش از پنجاه سال، اصلی‌ترین تفکر گروه صنعتی گلرنگ بوده است. گلرنگ توانسته است که بالغ بر 130 شرکت در زمینه‌ی تولید، توزیع، فروشگاه‌های فیزیکی و آن‌لاین را راه اندازی کند. در دارتیل قرار است کالاهایی به فروش برسد که الزاماً توسط گلرنگ تولید یا توزیع نمی‌شوند.
