شرح موقعیت شغلی

In the HR department of Telsa Holding, we are looking for an accurate and dynamic teammate to help us in the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist (mostly non-tech positions).

Follow end to end of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Consult and support hiring managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and their technical requirements.
Perform background and reference checks.
Prepare various analytical reports in the field of talent acquisition.

Skills and abilities that will help you to perform this role as well as possible:

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong networking abilities.
Manage the process with ATS
