Role

front-end software engineer is responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with in a web application. They are usually supported by back-end software engineers.

Responsibility

Responsible for the continuous development and in-depth mentoring of the entire front-end team with a focus on technical and professional development
Helping to develop design specifications and proof-of-concept solutions in response to business needs
Develop reusable, highly optimized, and testable modules
Proactively collaborate with team members.
Ensuring the sharing of knowledge and efﬁcient division of work
Get exposure to the latest technologies and developments in technology and product-driven company
Defining standards, architect solutions and deliver quality code
Mentor, train and monitor performance of the team members and also be a role model for best practices in technical development

Requirements

5+ years of overall professional web application development experience as a frontend developer. Experience with browser APIs and optimizing frontend performance is nice to have.
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (Es6), TypeScript, Reactjs, Nextjs, Redux toolkit.
Proficiency in modern React stack to handle side effects, styling, testing.
Good knowledge of PWA
Excellent understanding of HTML 5 and semantic web and CSS 3, Git, Sass
Nice to have: understanding of backend concepts.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, collaborating with designers and backend
developers to create great UI/UX for customers
A well-structured way of working and the ability to meet deadlines and analyze requirements
