About the Role

At Hami System Sharif, we build large-scale national products and systems in payments, remote identity verification, and capital markets. We are looking for a strong Product Lead to lead the product team, unify our product strategy, and raise the maturity of product management across the company.
In this role, we expect you to own the strategy and roadmap of the company's products, lead and empower product managers and product owners, standardize discovery, prioritization, and delivery processes, and, as a peer to engineering and business leadership, drive key product decisions with data and sound reasoning.
We are looking for someone who has both hands-on experience building successful products and the ability to lead, is comfortable in the technical and regulated fintech environment, combines strategic thinking with disciplined execution, and can align the team around a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop a unified product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with senior management and the CTO
• Lead, coach, and develop product managers and product owners, set their goals, and evaluate their performance
• Standardize product management processes, including discovery, PRD writing, prioritization, and release
• Identify market opportunities, analyze competitors and regulations, and turn them into product initiatives
• Define and track OKRs and key product KPIs and report to management
• Make decisions on priorities and trade-offs across products based on business value, risk, and team capacity
• Work closely with engineering teams on architecture decisions that affect the product and on managing technical debt
• Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders and align their expectations with the roadmap
• Work with sales and marketing on positioning, pricing, and product launches
• Build a culture of data-driven and user-centered decision-making in the product team
• Monitor regulatory requirements from supervisory bodies and ensure product compliance
• Facilitate alignment between the product, engineering, design, and business teams
• Contribute to resource planning and to hiring and developing the product team
• Continuously improve product management processes and tools

Requirements

• At least 5 years of digital product management experience, including at least 2 years leading or managing a product team
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Management, MBA, or a related field
• Proven track record of building and growing successful products, preferably in B2B or platform environments
• Deep understanding of product discovery and delivery processes and Agile methodologies
• Enough technical background to engage effectively with engineering on architecture, APIs, and trade-offs
• Experience defining and tracking OKRs and product metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for working with senior management, clients, and teams
• Strategic thinking combined with disciplined execution and the ability to manage multiple products at once
• Proficiency in Office and Google Workspace tools
• Working knowledge of English for reading resources and professional communication

Nice to Have

• Product management experience in fintech, payments, banking, identity verification, or capital markets
• Familiarity with the regulations and requirements of supervisory bodies such as the Central Bank, Shaparak, and the Securities and Exchange Organization
• Experience managing API-driven and platform products (B2B / B2G)
• Prior software development or technical role before moving into product management
• Experience building a product team or product management practice from scratch in an organization
• Experience working in growing organizations or fast-paced environments
