About the Role

At Hami System Sharif, we build large-scale national systems in payments, remote identity verification, and capital markets, systems that hundreds of thousands of users interact with, where the quality of the interface directly shapes their trust. We are looking for a strong Frontend Developer to build these interfaces.
In this role, we expect you to implement web interfaces with high quality, performance, and security, turn designs into a usable product in close collaboration with the Product Designer and the backend team, and take responsibility for the quality of your output all the way to production.
We are looking for someone who cares about interface details, applies software engineering principles to frontend code, is eager to learn, and is constructive in teamwork and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Implement web interfaces from Figma designs with high, pixel-perfect accuracy
• Build and maintain reusable components and contribute to implementing the design system
• Integrate the frontend with backend APIs and manage state, errors, and loading states
• Optimize performance, load times, and Core Web Vitals
• Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across browsers and devices
• Follow frontend security requirements (XSS, CSRF, secure token handling) for financial systems
• Write unit and end-to-end tests for components and critical flows
• Actively participate in code reviews and follow the team's coding standards
• Follow accessibility principles and fully support Persian and RTL layouts
• Work with the Product Designer to assess design feasibility and improve the user experience
• Fix bugs and perform root cause analysis on issues reported from production
• Contribute to improving the frontend architecture, build tooling, and CI/CD process
• Document components and technical decisions
• Participate in the team's planning, review, and retrospective sessions

Requirements

• At least 2 years of frontend development experience in real-world, production projects
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong command of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong command of at least one of React, Angular, or Vue and its ecosystem
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or similar)
• Familiarity with build and bundling tools such as Vite or Webpack and package management
• Familiarity with Git, branching workflows, and code review
• Solid understanding of UI / UX principles, responsive design, and RTL support
• Familiarity with frontend testing concepts (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, or similar)
• Proficiency in Office and Google Workspace tools
• Working knowledge of English for reading technical resources and documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience developing fintech, payment, banking, or identity verification products
• Familiarity with Next.js or SSR concepts and SEO optimization
• Experience implementing a design system and working with Storybook
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and backend fundamentals
• Familiarity with PWA development or mobile apps with React Native / Flutter
• Experience working in growing organizations or fast-paced environments
