About the Role

At Hami System Sharif, we build large-scale national products and systems in payments, remote identity verification, and capital markets, products used by hundreds of thousands of people from very different backgrounds. We are looking for a strong Product Designer to craft an experience that is simple, trustworthy, and accessible for these users.
In this role, we expect you to own the user experience of our products, from research and user understanding to user flows, wireframes, final UI, and the design system, and, in close collaboration with product managers and developers, to follow the design through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
We are looking for someone who is user-centered and detail-oriented, backs design decisions with reasoning and data, is comfortable in a technical and complex domain like fintech, and can draw simplicity out of complexity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis) and turn findings into actionable insights
• Design user flows, information architecture, and wireframes for new features
• Design high-quality final UI for web and mobile in Figma
• Build interactive prototypes to validate ideas before development
• Create, maintain, and evolve the design system and shared product components
• Work closely with product managers on problem definition, prioritization, and requirements
• Work with frontend developers to implement designs accurately and review the output (design QA)
• Design the experience of sensitive flows such as identity verification, payments, and error states with a focus on trust and clarity
• Follow accessibility principles and design for a diverse range of users
• Analyze behavioral data and product metrics and propose improvements based on them
• Write UI copy (UX writing) and error messages in simple, clear language
• Document design decisions and guidelines for using the design system
• Present and defend designs in meetings with stakeholders and clients
• Keep up with product design trends and successful patterns in fintech

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital product design (UI / UX) with a portfolio to show
• Strong command of Figma and prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and user psychology
• Experience conducting user research and usability tests and analyzing the results
• Experience building or evolving a design system and component-based design
• Ability to design for web and mobile with implementation constraints in mind
• Familiarity with visual design principles, Persian typography, and color
• Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to argue for design decisions
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Office and Google Workspace tools
• Working knowledge of English for reading resources and documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience designing fintech, payment, banking, or identity verification products
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS and frontend implementation constraints
• Experience designing onboarding and KYC flows with high conversion rates
• Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
• Experience working in growing organizations or fast-paced environments
