About the Role
At Hami System Sharif, we build large-scale national products and systems in payments, remote identity verification
(eKYC), and capital markets. We are looking for a strong Technical Product Manager to own our technical and platform products.
In this role, we expect you to take end-to-end ownership of the product, from identifying needs and defining the roadmap to writing detailed technical requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and delivering to clients, and to act as the link between clients, users, engineering, and management.
We are looking for someone with a strong technical background, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills who can translate business needs and regulatory requirements into feasible technical solutions.

Responsibilities
•    Own the product end-to-end, from discovery and requirement definition to release and post-launch monitoring
•    Define and maintain the product roadmap and vision in alignment with management and the CTO
•    Identify and analyze the needs of clients, users, and stakeholders and turn them into clear, implementable             requirements
•    Write precise PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team
•    Define the product's technical requirements, including APIs, integrations with external systems, and security and performance requirements
•    Work with engineering on architecture decisions and evaluate technical, cost, and time trade-offs
•    Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, and team capacity
•    Actively participate in planning, review, and refinement sessions and answer the development team's questions
•    Track legal and regulatory requirements from supervisory bodies (Central Bank, Shaparak, Securities and Exchange Organization, etc.) and reflect them in the product
•    Define and monitor product metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the product
•    Coordinate releases and prepare release notes and product documentation for clients and internal teams
•    Analyze competitors and market trends in fintech, identity verification, and capital markets
•    Run demos and present the product to clients and stakeholders
•    Continuously improve product management processes and cross-team collaboration

Requirements
•    At least 3 years of relevant experience in product management, systems analysis, or software development for technical products
•    Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
•    Strong technical background and a solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and the SDLC
•    Hands-on experience writing PRDs, user stories, and technical product documentation
•    Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
•    Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on metrics and user feedback
•    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
•    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple products or modules simultaneously with limited resources
•    High attention to detail and discipline in documenting requirements and tracking commitments
•    Proficiency in Office and Google Workspace tools
•    Working knowledge of English for reading technical resources and documentation

Nice to Have
•    Prior software development experience (backend or frontend) before moving into product management
•    Experience with fintech, payments, identity verification (eKYC), or capital-market products
•    Familiarity with the requirements and regulations of supervisory bodies such as the Central Bank, Shaparak, and the Securities and Exchange Organization
•    Experience designing or managing API-driven and platform products (B2B / B2G)
•    Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, and basic UX / wireframe design
•    Experience working in growing organizations or fast-paced environments
