We are looking for an experienced, energetic person with a high team spirit in the Sharif system support team. If you are interested in working with Danesh Banyan, a system support company, please send your resume.

Required skills:

Mastery of recruiting and hiring processes
Mastering online and face-to-face interview methods and techniques
Mastery of personnel affairs
Mastery of labor and social security laws
Mastery of performance and salary calculations
Familiarity with educational processes and models
Familiar with preparing and setting the guidelines and regulations required by human resources
Familiarity with performance management models and processes
Familiarity with personality tests and their analysis
Proficiency in MS Office software
Ability to communicate effectively with employees
High public relations and teamwork spirit
Problem solving ability
