Key Responsibilities:

● Reporting: Prepare and provide detailed reports on support activities and customer interactions.
● Customer Service: Exhibit strong behavior, clear communication, and patience when dealing with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
● System Operations: Assist with basic Linux server operations and networking tasks, contributing to the overall stability and performance of the system.
● Software Processes: Demonstrate a basic understanding of software construction and delivery processes, supporting the development and deployment teams as needed.
Qualifications:
● Technical Skills: General computer and internet proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
● Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and effectively.
● Problem-Solving: Persistent and patient in resolving issues, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
● Experience: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Linux server operations, and basic networking concepts is a plus.
