Role Overview

The UX Writer & Copywriter is a versatile professional responsible for creating clear, engaging, and persuasive content that enhances the overall user experience of digital products and effectively communicates brand messages across various marketing channels. This role requires a blend of UX writing skills to optimize user interfaces and copywriting expertise to develop compelling marketing content.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy Develop comprehensive content strategies that support both user experience goals and marketing objectives.
User Research Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences, and utilize insights to inform content decisions.
UX Writing Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for user interfaces, tooltips, error messages, notifications, and other digital touchpoints to improve usability and accessibility.
Copywriting Create persuasive and compelling content for advertisements, websites, social media, email campaigns, product descriptions, and other marketing collateral to drive engagement and conversion.
Brand Voice and Identity Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and tone across all user-facing content and marketing materials.
Collaboration Work closely with designers, product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that content aligns with design, functionality, and marketing objectives.
Testing and Optimization Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to optimize content for improved user engagement, conversion rates, and brand awareness.
Client Interaction Present content concepts and ideas to clients, gather feedback and incorporate revisions to meet client expectations and project goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a UX writer, copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX writing and copywriting.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of language and grammar.
Ability to distill complex information into simple, understandable language for diverse audiences.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and brand communication.
Experience with cryptocurrency platforms and block chain is a plus.
Proficiency in content management systems, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and client-facing environments.
