We’re expanding our back-end capabilities at HAFHASHTAD and looking for a Golang Software Engineer who enjoys building systems that scale and evolve. If solving meaningful problems, writing elegant code, and growing in a collaborative environment excite you, we’d love to have you on board.
You’ll join a team focused on designing and optimizing backend services that connect our products and keep them running smoothly as we grow. We believe in curiosity, shared ownership, and learning from each other — every day.

What you’ll do

Build reliable and scalable backend services using Go.
Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making.
Take ownership from design to deployment and ongoing operations.
Help shape our engineering culture by sharing ideas and improving how we build software.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience building production-grade services with Go, with attention to performance, testing, and maintainability.
Strong understanding of concurrency, distributed systems, and resilient service design.
Solid grasp of database design and optimization, particularly with PostgreSQL, focusing on consistency, performance, and reliability in relational systems.
Experience designing and optimizing async and event-driven workflows using NATS or Kafka.
Familiarity with caching strategies and their proper use in high-performance systems.
Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and Clean Architecture, focusing on modular design, clear system boundaries, and writing well-tested, maintainable code.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines in modern deployment environments.If you’re passionate about building robust systems, collaborating with curious minds, and continuously refining how software is made — you’ll feel right at home here.

Note: Candidates residing outside Tehran are welcome to join us fully remotely. Only a one-week on-site presence at our Tehran office is required for onboarding.
