We are seeking an experienced and motivated “Product Manager” to lead the development and management of our international flight booking service within our Super App. This role is critical to expanding our travel offerings and enhancing user experience on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management. A deep understanding of the international flight market and a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet user needs are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the international flight booking service, aligned with the overall goals of the Super App.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand global flight trends, competitive landscape, and user preferences. Use insights to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
User Experience & Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design an intuitive and user-friendly flight booking experience that meets the needs of diverse user segments.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data analytics, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing improvement of the flight product.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue. Use data to inform decisions and optimize the product.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product and address pain points.
Innovation & Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance the flight booking experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields is a plus.
3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on international travel, e-commerce, or related industries.
Proven experience in managing digital products from concept to launch.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead and inspire teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
