شرح موقعیت شغلی

Hafhashtad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to design and deliver products that meet the needs of our diverse user base while aligning with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design of new products and features across our platform.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate design concepts into tangible products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.
Mentor and guide junior designers.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience designing and shipping web and mobile products.
Proven ability to lead and manage design projects from concept to launch.
Strong user-centered design (UCD) principles and practices.
Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for creating user-centered and innovative products.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with Super-application products and services.
Experience with user testing tools such as Clarity, Maze, and Optimal Workshop.
Aptitude for problem-solving and logical reasoning
