We are looking for a Full-time Scrum master to join our new Startup called Growmatik.ai . Growmatik analyzes your website users’ behaviors and guides you on how to acquire, nurture, convert and retain users. All of this is done via AI technology. Growmatik belongs to Artbees LLC which is a popular name in WordPress themes and plugins industry. You will be working in a small team (15) to help innovate how to use AI to better automate the marketing efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted by coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team. You also facilitate team productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team’s sprint goals. In addition, you will be the head of QA team to manage and develop test cases and distribute testing tasks among testers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Scrum master roles:
- Facilitate the daily standup meetings
- Set up retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions
- Help the team maintain their burn-down chart
- Monitor the scrum team and to ensure that scrum practises and theories are done properly
- Coach and develop team members
- Manage and arrange backlog items and ensure that backlog items are created properly
- Help scrum team for more performance and agility by researching and introducing new techniques
- Coach development team for self organisation and cross functionality
- Remove impediments to the team’s progress
- Coach new team members to adopt and understand scrum
- Encourage the use of Agile Engineering Practices within the development team (e.g. one click releases, continuous delivery, feature flags, and many more)
- Help the team to continuously improve their process
- Continue learning regarding everything Agile (e.g. visit user groups, attend conferences, read books, write blogs, etc.)
- Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers

Qualifications
- Strong command of English is a MUST (Reading, speaking and writing)
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team
- Good skills and familiarity with servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Understanding the basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (first or second) is a PLUS
- Strong command of English is a MUST (Reading, speaking and writing)
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team
